さて本題です。D型アウトバックが20000km以上の走行から乗り味が少しずつ変化して来ました。マイルドな乗り心地とも言えますが、どちらかと言うとロールを感じるようになってきました。
峠道や高速道路のコーナーでやや運転のしにくさが気になり、改善策を模索していました。
今回はSTI フレキシブルタワーバーが改善策に白羽の矢が立ちました。
BSアウトバック用のパーツはレヴォーグやフォレスターとは値段の違いもあり、何度も躊躇していましたが、思い切って購入に踏み切りました。
装着後の運転感覚は、装着前のアウトバックとは別モノの感じがする位の変貌ぶりです！
街乗り、高速道路走行、高速道路の下りコーナー等の今まで運転のしにくい場面を盛り込んでインプレッションをしました。
