returning a 2012 bmw z4 with 52k miles via carvana–
–cons–
car had several cosmetic issues:
bumper to hood gap
paint bubbles due to rust on driver side rear quarter panel–they appear like freaking black heads…
interior noise: plastic rattles everywhere
–pros–
excellent online process and customer service:
i opened their website to look for a car at 1PM, applied for loan via carvana financing, get approved, attached documents, signed contract then at 1:30PM scheduled a delivery!
car arrived a few days late but it actually arrived!
