Hello everyone and welcome back to the series of Forza drag races. Today we have a trio V10 super car drag race. Featuring the Italian beast, known as the Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 that was introduced in 2014, going up against the American super muscle car that was once popular, known as the 2013 SRT Viper GTS Phase VX, and also this race includes the good old legendary 2003 Porsche Carrera GT. Lets have a look at their specifications.
First, lets start off with the newest, 2014 Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4. It is an AWD super car by Lamborghini, featured in Forza Horizon 2’s cover, the Huracan is the successor to the former sales-leader Lamborghini Gallardo. Although it is shaped differently than the Gallardo, it still retained the 5.2L Naturally Aspirated V10, and it has been pumped up to produce 602 bhp and 413 lb.ft of torque, weighing at only 1422 kg and it uses a 7-Speed dual-clutch transmission.
Next, we have the 2013 Dodge SRT Viper GTS. Which is a RWD American super car by Dodge and SRT. This Viper is part of the Phase VX generation, which was the last generation of the Dodge Viper until it went out of production in 2017. This model is fitted with an odd firing front-engined 8.4L Naturally Aspirated V10, and it produces 640 bhp and 600 lb.ft of torque, it weighs at just 1495 kg and it uses a 6-Speed Manual Transmission.
Finally, we have the 2003 Porsche Carrera GT. Codenamed Typ 980, The Carrera GT was designed to succeed the Porsche 911 GT1 Strassenversion as Porsche’s newest halo car of the 2000s decade. Similar to the GT1, the Carrera GT’s development was closely tied with racing, but it has been designed to be also more useful for daily driving. With its 5.7L Naturally Aspirated V10, it produces 605 bhp and 435 lb.ft of torque, weighing at 1600 kg and it uses a 6-Speed Manual Transmission that sends the power to its RWD train.
Now with all those specs given, lets line these trios down and find out the results, the 3 have the same amount of cylinders, but which engine is superior? Lets find out.
