BMW Z4 WATER INSIDE SIDE SKIRT*splash noise when braking*

I got caught by a massive road flood here in the UK, and my car was half undewater.

Somehow water went inside my side skirts and everytime i was driving off or braking an annoying water splash sound could be heard underneath my car.
