In 2010, tuners from the Japanese studio Wald International introduced the Black Bison Edition tuning program for the restyled S-class w221. The Black Bison Edition package for the Mercedes W221 includes new front and rear bumpers, an air intake in the front fenders, two small rear spoilers (one on the trunk lid, and the other above the rear window), 22-inch black Renovatio matte wheels with a brown rim. In addition, Wald experts installed on the S-class Black Bison Edition a new exhaust system with double oval nozzles arranged vertically – as on the Lexus IS-F.
