In todays video we review some coffee and cut some metal. I am thankful that metal supermarkets exists because I bought all the metal for this project for around $75 which is amazing. We used about 10ft of 3000 series 16g aluminum and 3ft of 3000 series 20g aluminum. This vent was way more difficult to make out of aluminum than paper, go figure right? Thankfully I could use my bench brake again after not using it for a year or so. This allowed us to get some nice 90 degree bends on both the vent and shroud. A big challenge was bending the radius on the back of the vent, thankfully some muscle and those relief cuts made that job not as difficult. There are still some finishing touches to do but so far the progress is going well, it is amazing to envision something and see it take shape. If I can tackle this job with minimal tools, so can you! Build your dreams and ideas.

Tools used:
Jig Saw
Angle Grinder
Bench Brake
Drill
Hammer
Rivet Gun
Tape Measure
Sharpies
