Perks, Quirks & Irks – 2019 Mazda CX-5 Diesel – Better late than never

Mazda’s initial foray into the North American diesel market was put on hold due to Volkswagen’s deceitful diesel-gate by a few years.
It’s here now in the 2019 CX-5 but only via the top-trim Signature.

Lots of torque and good fuel efficiency, wrapped in an attractive package just may be enough to drive diesel sales for Mazda.
