Here is a step by step video on how to replace the Shift Sensor out of a 2013 Mazda CX5. Car wouldn’t shut down all the way. The engine would shut off but the auxiliaries would stay on, heat/air, radio, etc. This was the problem, haven’t had a issue since replacing the switch.
