「スズキ・アルトラパン」(2002年発売)は、スズキの軽「アルト」の名を冠して、女性層をターゲットに開発された新感覚の軽乗用車。
市街地走行から週末のロングドライブまで快適な走行性能を有し、若い女性を中心に人気のモデルです。
ちなみに、車名の「ラパン」はフランス語でウサギの意味。
軽快な動力性能や親しみやすいボディデザインを持つ軽乗用車に相応しいネーミングだと思います。

キャッチコピーは「好き。という気持ちをクルマにしました」。

そんな、可愛いスズキ・ラパンちゃんのエアコンコンプレッサーを今回は修理していきます！

まず初めに、部品の良否を見極めながら分解し、その次に分解した部品を洗浄。
今回も一部の部品をショット・ブラストし、ブラスト後も再度丁寧に部品洗浄。
その後、旋盤で部品加工し、組み立て前に、マグネットクラッチを黒で塗装、本体をクリア塗装しました。
最後に、部品の点検後、組み立て、テスト、マグネットクラッチの取り付け、クリアランス調整をしました。

In this video, I am overhauling the A/C compressor for SUZUKI WAGON R.

Firstly, I took A/C compressor apart, washed its parts. And this time, I shot blasted the front head and tank.
Next, I also processed the hub and pulley by lathe machining.
Then, I clear-coated the body and painted the magnetic clutch in black.
After that, I assembled it carefully.
Of course, I did leakage, compression, and magnetic clutch clearance test.
