*Audi S8* Czech Workers Samaritan Federation Car – light setup – Whelen Liberty II [CZ | 5.2019]

Seen here is one of Czechia’s most amazing emergency vehicles with a lighting that absolutely SCREAMS your attention! This Audi S8 is equipped with a Whelen Liberty II TRIO lightbar which is red-blue all around (except for 2 center modules) and additionally white in the front as well as amber in the rear. The Whelen ION’s in the grill are red, blue and white as well. The vehicle’s light setup is programmable so they can change flash patterns, functions and they can program anything on any button of the control panel.

This lightbar and flash pattern is so sick and so intense that it literally burned my eyes and I actually got a headache when I took the video – even though I was looking down at my camera. To be fair, I had a quite long and kinda tough day behind me but still – that setup is just mindblowing and using a slow (or dimmed) flash pattern for (night time) scenes is definitely recommended.

The car is used by the Czech Workers Samaritan Federation – the ASCR. As far as I know it serves as a car for commands as well as various other purposes. The car was gifted to the ASCR and they were the first agency in Europe to install a Whelen Liberty II TRIO 🙂 They’ve modified the lightbar light – they removed the takedowns in the center and installed 2 blue LED modules instead.
