These aren’t the first awards for the new Accord sedan. In the recent Kelly Blue Book annual Best Buy Awards, the 2020 Honda Civic, Accord, CR-V, Odyssey, and Clarity Plug-In Hybrid all receive KBB’s nod as being the best in their segment.
The 2020 Honda Accord defies the odds and continues to sell well in the U.S. market where SUVs account for nearly 50 percent of all car sales. All three Accord awards identify the top vehicles in categories they say resonate with the majority of new car buyers. It’s hard to argue as the Accord is a best-seller in the U.S. and leads the mid-size sedan segment.
