MAZDA CX-8 i-ACTIVSENSE failure!! Accident video of car dashcam. 事故った！　MRCCが正常に作動せずにオカマしちゃいました。。。

I just hit my CX-8…
It was very soft landed accident, but it costs $7000 for fixing!!
I love my MAZDA CX-8, so I was really sad what was happened…

Mazda i-ACTIVSENSE works very well.
The function is very practical, and it saved me few times.
I was using Radar cruise control (MRCC) all the time because I only needed to step on gas pedal, and the vehicle in front comes to a complete stop, the system will stop my car at safe distance behind.
I was feeling it is more reliable compare with my drive.

However, it didn’t work well on the day.

Forward sensing camera detects obstructs ahead, but it may not work if certain conditions are met.

I tried when The Smart City Brake Support (SCBS) doesn’t work well, and figured it doesn’t work with very short distance front and also the shape of the vehicle in front.
