During our test drive of the new 2020 BMW X5 M Competition and X6 M Competition, we put some time aside to record the cold start and revs of the new BMW M SUVs. We will also have a 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) video, so please subscribe to be notified.
The first part of the video shows the X5 M Competition with a cold start but in the normal Comfort mode. Therefore, the valves were not fully opened.
The second part features the cold start with the valves opened. The engine and driving mode was changed to SPORT PLUS.
